All three groups in the Blue Mountains Region offer electric breast pump hire. We hire hospital-grade electric breast pumps from both Medela and Ameda. All pumps are hired by trained breast pump hiring officers from their homes. Hirers can phone their local breast pump hire contact and arrange a convenient time to collect. ABA breast pump hirers are trained in all aspects of breastfeeding and pump use and offer ongoing support during the hire period and beyond. They can supply you with the accessories required when you hire a breast pump. Many of our hirers are also in paid work so if they are not home when you call, leave a message and it will be returned as soon as possible. Breast pump hire is also available through our Branch Office at Castle Hill.
You do not have to be a subscriber to ABA to use our facilities, however, you will find that you receive a discount hiring rate if you decide to subscribe. You can subscribe when you hire the pump. A $100 deposit is required, and is fully refundable when the pump is returned in clean, working order.
